A Trip through Yogaland is a fun and meaningful yoga session that invites parents and children to go on a journey of movement, breathing, and imagination together.
The session focuses on the connection between parent and child through touch, eye contact, and shared movement, creating special quality time together. Through playful movement games, breathing exercises, and relaxation, children build focus, confidence, and closeness.
The workshop creates a shared space of play, curiosity, and discovery, where parents and children can be present and experience calm and simple joy through yoga. It is a chance to slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect with each other.
