residencies for dance professionals
The Suzanne Dellal Centre Residency is a long-term creative residency for contemporary dance artists. Selected choreographers are invited to make Suzanne Dellal Centre their artistic home for the research and development of a new work. Resident artists receive a continuous period of studio space at the Centre and support and consultation with the Centre staff.
Eligibility
Choreographers with five or more years of experience in the field are eligible to apply. Eligibility is based on the choreographer applicant’s body of work alone. Non-choreographer collaborators can be listed in the application.
Applicants must be Israeli citizens residing in Israel or foreign residents based in Israel for at least three years. Student/academic performances are not considered part of professional history. The Residency program is intended for contemporary dance makers of all styles, for the creation of new works.
Application deadline: October 31st, 2024.
Application is for residency period March, 2025 – TLVD 2025.
