The Suzanne Dellal Centre Residency is a creative program for contemporary dance choreographers. Selected artists are invited to make the Suzanne Dellal Centre their artistic home for the research and development of a new work, which will premiere as part of the Tel Aviv Dance Festival 2027. Resident artists receive a continuous period of studio space at the Centre and consultation from the Centre staff.
Eligibility
Choreographers with at least 5 years of professional experience who have created at least one full-length work (50 minutes) are eligible to apply.
Eligibility is based solely on the applicant’s body of work. Applicants must be Israeli citizens residing in Israel or foreign residents who have lived in Israel for at least three years.
Student or academic performances are not considered part of professional experience.
The residency is open to contemporary dance makers working across all styles and approaches, for the creation of new works.
