MAGNOLIA is an improvisational based work for four dancers who forge a tribal, feminine collective moving through charged repetition. Together they navigate an artificial landscape, leaning on one another as they carve out an alternative female mythology. The choreography follows a precise structure with built-in spaces for choice and spontaneity, allowing the performers to continually recompose formations and respond to each other in real time.
