Empty corridor ahead.
Everything is white.
You start walking.
Still in corridor.
You keep going.
Different smell now.
Continue to walk.
Light starts dimming.
Green grass appears.
You begin running.
Look back quickly.
See a corridor.
Reached the mud.
Rusty mud here.
You are sprinting.
Ceiling on floor.
Black grass grows.
You are riding.
You are horse.
PATROL is a dance work by Eyal Dadon.
At the heart of the work stands the image of a horse on watch — noble, steady, and alert.
The body scans the horizon.
Focused on the search.
Hoping to find nothing.
