Song of the Bears
By Noa Shiloh
The distance brings them closer more than touch.
A man and a woman long to return to days of innocence, to a bear’s embrace.
The hum of hibernation lingers in the background, and a spark is stirred anew.
These are the new days of innocence—
so Winnie-the-Pooh whispered to them at night.
A heart that has known longing can begin to love again.

Big Hand Little Hand
