A debut work of flamenco dancer and singer Yael Tuchfeld Sayag that derives from an inner connection to music, and an impulse to create a stage performance for a large ensemble of musicians and dancers, while maintaining the intimiate communication which characterizes the art of flamenco in its traditional form. The work is led by the original music of guitarist Ofir Atar, which is based on varying styles of flamenco, inspiring Yael Tuchfeld Sayag to create a choreography of various rhythmic and movement textures that strives to grant the audience a rich emotional journey. It is a moment of surrender to a primary experience to share through body and voice the art that has become for me an anchor and a home.
