Inspired by Franz Schubert’s musical work “Death and the Maiden”, and performed by the string quartet ‘Ensemble Finale’, the dance company Ana, under the direction of Anat Oz.

Anat Oz (Israel, 1990) is a dancer and choreographer. She began her ballet studies as a child in Bat-Dor, Beersheba, and continued at Thelma Yellin High School, later joining the Maslul Program for professional dancer training under Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. Throughout her career, she performed with leading Israeli dance companies, including the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, and danced in works by acclaimed independent choreographers. In 2019, she began choreographing, and in 2020 she founded ANA Dance Company. Today, she works as both an independent guest choreographer and the company’s resident choreographer. Her works have been presented in Israel and abroad, including at the National Theater Kassel and the National Theater Mannheim. They have received critical acclaim and awards, and she recently participated in the young choreographers’ research lab at the Netherlands Dance Theatre, NDT. Anat shares her experience and curiosity for dance through teaching her repertoire and continues to develop her unique movement approach, MINA, for contemporary movement skill development.
