Eros | by Noa Shiloh & Einat Ganz
“Bring water, bring wine, waiter,
Bring me bouquets of flowers, Bring –
I feel like boxing with Eros.” (Anacreon)
“…Every granule of stone, flicker of mineral from the mountain, washed this night, is in itself a world. The struggle to reach peaks is enough to fill the hearts of men. We should picture to ourselves, Sisyphus happy. (The Myth of Sisyphus, Elbar Kami)
The two texts above, bring us to speculate about the meaning of desire, what lights the flame of passion. When is it controlled by Dionysius, who lies, deceives and removes from reality, bringing both danger and redemption simultaneously?
When is it beneficial, creating a stimulating life, saving us from the pain of human failure? How can the libido be found when it seems to have gone?

Because ultimately,
I have arrived.
