Four circus artists arrive on stage with a Teeterboard and a ton of motivation. However, throughout the show, just like in real life, nothing is really simple – and the challenges and surprises keep coming. The artists face unusual problems that require them to find creative solutions. They must understand each other, collaborate with one another, and learn along the way what true trust feels like. Through impressive acrobatics, humor, and emotion, the show “Seventy Percent” invites us to observe simple, everyday moments as a gateway to the colorful and sensitive world that exists in human interactions. The show touches on the universal longing for connection, belonging, and friendship.
Seventy Percent Circus Company was established in 2021 to create contemporary circus shows for Israeli and international audiences. The group harnesses circus skills of group acrobatics, handstands and teeterboard, in order to express a sensitive and authentic human connection between its members. As part of the recent developments of the contemporary circus scene in Israel, as it evolved in europe, the group aims to make this unique stage art accessible to diverse audiences from the entire spectrum of Israeli society.
